Up for auction is a vintage 1960's-70's Montgomery Ward"HAWTHORNE" tandem bicycle.It is being sold"AS IS" for parts.Repair or does have potential.Looks to be all origional.Tires show wear(26"x1.75" but look to hold air even though I'd recommend replacing the tubes.The chrome on fenders and rims shows minor surface rust spots that will easily sreel wool out to the origional shine.Handle bars look very good.Two Messinger seats.Frame is the origional green paint that is in very good condition,pretty much just a cleanup and some wax.Single handbrake which has to be adjusted to work properly.Origional Hunt Wilde Corporation black handgrips.The pedals are complete with double reflectors.Tandem has been sitting in a garage,unused for a number of years.I.
